Everything the electric parotta maker does comes down to the extruder. This is that attachment on its own, for anyone who already owns the machine, or who needs a replacement.
It presses dough through a non-stick barrel in one continuous ribbon, so the layers that make a parotta flaky come out even instead of torn.
How it works
Extrude a smooth, even dough ribbon.
Roll the ribbon gently into a layered spiral.
Pan-fry until golden, crispy and flaky.
